Pumpkin Spice is my jam, which makes fall one of the unhealthiest seasons for me. So I sought out ways to enjoy the flavor of pumpkin spice, without all the added sugar. And don’t get me wrong…I still eat plenty of pumpkin spice pastries, but this is a good substitute for a healthy breakfast or afternoon snack!
Pumpkin Spice Smoothie:
- 1/2 Can of Pumpkin Puree
- 1 Scoops Vanilla Protein Powder
- 1 Small Banana
- 3/4 Cup Almond Milk (Or any milk preference for you)
- 1-2 Drops Pure Vanilla
- Pumpkin Pie Spice (To taste. I put quite a bit in mine…)
- 5-7 Ice Cubes
Throw it all in a blender and enjoy! Simple, delicious, and healthy!
