Mac & Cheese is always a good choice, right?? Especially when it’s easy and quick to make!

Ingredients
8 ounces of noodles (We used rotini)
2 cups cheese (Sharp has good flavor, but any cheese will do. Or a blend!)
1 cup milk
1 cup chicken broth
3 cups of chopped broccolli
2 chicken breasts, cooked and chopped into pieces
2 tablespoons butter
1/4 cup flour
1/2 teaspoon garlic power
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/8 teaspoon salt
Optional: Add your own personal touch
Bacon
BBQ sauce on top
Chili
Ranch
Be creative and substitute anything you want with your Mac & Cheese!

Instructions
- Cook the chicken, broccoli and pasta and set aside.
- Over medium heat, melt butter in a large skillet. Add flour and stir for one minute. Whisk in the milk, chicken broth and seasonings. Stir until the mixture is bubbling and starts to thicken.
- Once mixture has thickened a bit, remove from heat, add the cheese, and stir until melted.
- Add the pasta and all the fixins, stir, and enjoy!!
Special Notes:
– Gluten Free? GF noodles and GF flour blends work great with this recipe! For optimum flavor, don’t use almond or coconut flour.
-If you’re cooking for 4 or more people, I would recommend doubling the recipe.
